Utilizing traditional artisan techniques we start with fresh ingredients and handmake from scratch scones, croissants, yeasted pastries, and artisan breads.  We use unbleached unbromated flours, whole grains, real butter, and fresh cream!  Local area farms provide us with seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs and eggs. Our corn meal and rye flour are grown and milled in Rhode Island.  .
